Each non-drowsy caplet contains acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer; phenylephrine HCl, a nasal decongestant; and dextromethorphan HBr, a cough suppressant. Sudafed PE Pressure + Pain + Cough temporarily relieves common cold and flu symptoms, including sinus pressure and congestion, sinus headache, nasal congestion, cough, sore throat, fever, and minor aches and pains. It also promotes nasal and sinus drainage and temporarily reduces fever.
