Founded by Bruce Cohn, who previously was a rock and roll manager, B.R. Cohn has been hand-crafting premium Sonoma Valley wines since 1984. The nose suggests fresh stone fruit, citrus and vanilla bean. The palate is a mix of tree fruit and apricot notes with bright citrus and structure that fills the mouth. Toasted spice and hints of vanilla bean intertwine with a bright, fresh acidity that lingers into the finish. Pair this Chardonnay with grilled lemon chicken with garlic couscous.
